This piece was performed at the bottom of a fifty-foot hole in the ground, by dancers in rock-climbing gear; the audience watched from a gantryway above. (It's a bizarre feature of the school's campus...whether it's unfinished construction or the work of the '94 earthquake, I don't know.) I created live drawings on a backlit sand table that were processed by Mondi and projected down into the pit.
